the Legal Service Commission,
and has a contract with them,
to provide Specialist Help
in this field. We provide
representation for Patients
and nearest relatives at Mental
Health Review Tribunals and
attend at Managers' Meetings
in respect of Patients detained
under the provisions of the
Mental Health Act.
We also advise on treatment
in Hospital and post-discharge
care provision. We provide
weekly Outreach Clinics within
local Psychiatric Hospitals
which are free for any Hospital
Patients, and provide advice
and assistance on any legal
matter that concerns the patient.
