Business immigration

We advise businesses who may wish to employ staff from overseas under the Work Permit scheme.

We also advise clients who want to establish a business in the UK but must first obtain a visa to allow them to do so.

We will also advise those who are highly qualified and may wish to enter the UK under the highly skilled migrant worker programme. Such an application avoids the need to apply for a work permit or fulfil certain financial requirements needed in other forms of immigration application.

Students

We advise clients who wish to come to the UK to study or extend their current visas in order to allow them to continue studying in the UK. We will also assist those students with families who wish to accompany them whilst they study.

We will also advise those with children at fee paying schools in the UK who wish to accompany their child whilst the child is at school.

Family and Marriage Applications

For a long time we have advised those who wish to apply for their husband or wife to join them in the UK. We are able to assist with the initial application to be submitted by the spouse at their nearest British Embassy or High Commission. All too often delays arise during the course of the application process and we will be on hand where poor decision making leads to appeal work and representation before an immigration judge. We aim to make the whole process as stress free as possible.

We are also able to advise those clients who wish to obtain entry clearance for other family members.

Same-sex Couples and Unmarried Partners

We continue to advise on this continuously developing area of immigration law. The immigration rules allow for applications to be made but the requirements are rigorous. We are able to provide detailed accurate advice in the hope that a successful solution can be found.

Political asylum

We can offer assistance to individuals who wish to seek political asylum in the UK. We offer sympathetic yet realistic advice in what can often be distressing circumstances. We have ready access to interpreters in numerous different languages.
